How do I get something delivered?
Once you have found something on Needed4.com that you want to purchase, simply add it to your shopping basket and go through the checkout process.
Where can I get it delivered to?
All goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work address. We will deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and Europe. For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead-time.

Depending on the size of the product ordered delivery will either be by Fed Ex, Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches at no extra charge.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery charge for each item is shown on the individual product page and the price displayed is based on delivery to Mainland UK excluding remote location and Isles. When you add a product to the basket the Delivery charge will show in your basket at the top of the screen. The delivery charge may change once you go to checkout and the delivery address is entered.
When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process. If you are purchasing various products or more than one item you will only be charged one delivery charge. The delivery charge will be the higher of any products added to your basket.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option.

Delivery charges are per order, not per item, so for example, if you buy a set of Car Mats with a delivery charge displayed of £4.95 and a Roof Box with a delivery charge displayed of £7.95 you only pay £7.95 for the delivery of both.
For some items, the standard delivery charge maybe free. This is clearly marked on promotional material on the site and on the appropriate product detail pages. Adding a free delivery item to your basket will give you free delivery on every product in you shopping cart!
When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 3 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Some items we may have to make and may incur a longer delivery lead-time. We endeavour to advise this on the product detail page. No order should take longer than 7 working days to be delivered to you.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and courier deliveries. Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours, upto 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer.
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order.
Restrictions on ordering and delivery
We can only accept orders from the holders of credit card registered in the UK, European Union and the United States of America. If opting to pay via Debit Cards this must be a card registered to a UK address.
All goods are subject to availability. Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.
Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
